Celebrating 25 Years Of Positiva Records x Ministry Of Sound

Celebrating 25 Years Of Positiva Records x Ministry Of Sound

Celebrating 25 Years Of Positiva Records x Ministry Of SoundWalking down the neon-lit streets of London we could hear the beats of the Ministry Of Sound blaring before we even turned the corner. Spotting the iconic logo we headed inside to celebrate the Positiva Records 25th Anniversary celebration who were taking over MOS for two nights.

As we headed inside there was a collection of awesome DJs playing the four different rooms the MOS holds host to including The Box, Baby Box, The Attic and their main room. I loved the bridge that hung across the dancefloor connecting the Attic to the other bars.

We listened to the DJs who included Jay Pryor, Junior Jack, Restless Funk and appreciated their sets for a little while before heading to The Box where we saw Jonas Blue do an incredible set! The lights were flashing and the atmosphere was amazing. David Zowie was also on fire.

In the world of EDM, Positiva is responsible for the likes of Martin Gartix, David Guetta, Swedish House Mafia, Martin Solveig, Jonas Blue and Axwell & Ingrosso to name a few..! They have also released some tracks you’re bound to recognise including Reel To Reals ‘I Like To Move It, Vengaboys ‘We’re going to Ibiza’, Shapeshifters ‘Lola’s Theme’, Coco ‘I Need  A Miracle’, Flashdance and Shy FX ‘Shake Your Body’ amongst many more.

Ministry Of Sound was the perfect venue to see and hear such a vibrant set of DJs and music and it was certainly a night to remember.
