henley festivalHenley Festival, the UK’s most glamorous, intimate and only black-tie festival festival returns to its stunning riverbank setting in the tranquil town of Henley-on-Thames from 10th-14th July 2019.

Pop icon and Grammy award-winning singer Boy George will open Henley festival 2019 on Wednesday night. On Thursday night, multi-platinum selling artist Jessie J will return to stun the crowds.

On Friday night, Brit Award and Ivor Novello-winning songwriter Tom Odell will take to the floating stage. For the first time, after Tom Odell’s performance, there will be DJ set on the floating stage with Jo Whiley who will be bringing you all the best tracks from the greatest decade for music – the 90s.

Henley Festival was established 37 years ago as a classical music charity event, and continues to be run on a not for profit basis supporting charitable projects at both a national and local level. This year grants from the festival will go to two charities. The Charlie Waller Memorial Trust (dedicated to supporting young people with depression, and encouraging discussions around mental health) and, The Teenage Wilderness Trust which supports students who find it difficult to engage with mainstream education by offering reengagement courses using bush craft, wilderness learning techniques and practical life skills to encourage students to get back into learning.

Henley Festival is not just the go-to place for pop, world jazz, and classical music but also offers Michelin starred food, award-winning comedians, and things which will appeal to the whole family.
