‘Praying’, the new single from Tyler Rivers is an infectious song which explores the feelings of loneliness a person might have whilst in a relationship because their partner is working hard towards their personal goals.

It’s an emotional and self-aware track from the self-taught singer-songwriter who experiments with nu wave R&B and pop. ‘Praying’ stands out because it is so distinctive – there is no one else on the scene who sounds like this. Tyler’s music is simply mesmerising.

Tyler Rivers describes his new single, “‘Praying’ is a journey through the struggles of dealing with the lonely feelings you have when you are dating somebody who is always so busy working towards their success, but you are struggling to express the way you feel to that partner.”

Although he has only a limited discography, Tyler Rivers has already released singles under Warner Music Australia and supported Tory Lanez and August Alsina on the Australian legs of their tours. Musical influences include artists such as Post Malone and The Weeknd and those inspirations come across in ‘Praying’ although his sound is still very unique.
