Lily Kershaw x Goody Grace’s Now & Then Is Enough To Break The Sturdiest Of Hearts

By Lucy LernerOctober 17, 2020
LILY KERSHAW X GOODY GRACE’S NOW & THEN IS ENOUGH TO BREAK THE STURDIEST OF HEARTS

Sometimes the most simple stripped back songs are the best. Acoustics which lull you into oblivion, lyrics that reach into your soul, and a male, female duet enough to break the sturdiest of hearts. You get all this, and more on Lily Kershaw‘s new single Now & Then recorded with Goody Grace.

Now & Then is the first single from Kershaw’s sophomore album Arcadia. Canadian artist Goody Grace heard the song and just had to be a part of it. The artists complement each other beautifully with their tender and expressive vocals.

The simple music video relays the song perfectly. There is a melancholic and nostalgic feel which reflects on the lyrics about a past relationship, a past life, “remember the roof-top parties, remember the friends, remember the way I love you now, and the way that I loved you then.“
