“You ruined me like a shipwreck, you caught my heart in a black net.”

Eli Gosling, one of the most exciting young artists this year releases his new single Drowning In Your Dreams. The soothing synth-pop track is the third single taken from Eli’s debut EP Blue Romance set for release in September 2020.

“This single is about a dream that pulls you into a fantasy world of endless relationship possibilities, your confidence is sky high and everything is just perfect, but then you wake-up and your ego is destroyed by the overwhelming realisation that none of it was real” – Eli Gosling

Drowning In Your Dreams feels dreamlike with an ambient soundscape, silky vocals, and repetitive lyrics. I think we can all relate to the track when things go ever so smoothly in a dream, a perfect world, then it all comes crashing down when your morning alarm goes off.

Eli Gosling’s debut album Blue Romance will be released on 11th September via Goldun Egg Records.
