Cinematic Drama From Hatty Keane With Latest Single ‘ME!’

By Lucy LernerApril 6, 2018
Hatty Keane

Hatty KeaneHatty Keane knows how to deliver drama in her music from sweeping instrumentals to siren vocals and bold lyrics. ‘ME!’ is Hatty’s third single and relishes in the strong cinematic value as her previous singles ‘Pointless‘ and ‘Never Love Again’. Hatty Keane venomously spits lyrics about a turmoiled relationship, “and these four walls have seen it all, the world thinks I’m crazy, cos I still believe in us, no matter what you say to me, me, me I wipe my tears and cover up my scars.” The orchestration changes mood from melodramatic with an underlying ominous tone to a bright swing chorus.

There is a lot of emotional range in Hatty’s songs and she has honed in on her signature of soaring orchestral and theatrical pop sensibilities with relish.
