ZØYA’s new single Who Do You Think You Are? is a slow-burning alt-pop confession wrapped in layers of dynamic instrumentation.

The track shifts moods seamlessly, blending hazy, soulful vocals with a punchy, anthemic chorus that carries a raw emotional weight.

The intro has a smooth, almost Sade-like quality before it erupts into an expansive indie-pop hook with the soaring intensity of Florence and the Machine.

The transitions are effortless, taking the listener through a sonic journey that mirrors the emotional turmoil behind the lyrics.

“Boundaries were crossed too many times… It became one-sided, and betrayal crept in,” ZØYA shares.

That tension is embedded in every note—the restrained verses build into an explosive release before settling into a haunting piano-driven outro where her voice takes on a more delicate, veiled texture.

“This song captures that messy, ‘what the heck is going on?’ feeling,” she explains.

It’s a cathartic reflection on protecting your peace and knowing when to walk away, even when it hurts.

The weight of betrayal lingers in every beat, but the track moves forward with conviction.

Let it soundtrack your own moment of clarity. Stream it now.

ZØYA Who Do You Think You Are? Lyrics

Oh hey, hello
It’s been a minute
I see you’ve changed,
You’ve been acting distant
Now I don’t even know
What the hell is going on
Tell me why you pulled away from me?

You don’t really talk to me, talk to me now
You don’t even look at me, look at me now
Are you tryna cancel me, cancel me now?

Oh hey, hello
I’m standing here alone
I thought you were
Somebody I’ll lean on
But you pretend so well
And I can’t even tell
If we’re friends or strangers
Or are we friends or strangers?

You don’t really talk to me, talk to me now
You don’t even look at me, look at me now
Are you tryna cancel me, cancel me now?

Who do you think you are?
Who do you think you are?

Who do you think you are?
Who do you think you are?

After all

Who do you think I am to you?
Who do you think I am to you?

Who do you think I am to you?
Who do you think I am?

After all

You don’t really talk to me, talk to me now
You don’t even look at me, look at me now (Look at me now)
Are you tryna cancel me, cancel me now? (Cancel me, cancel me yeah)

Who do you think you are?
Who do you think you are?

Who do you think you are?
Who do you think you are?

After all

Who do you think I am to you?
Who do you think I am to you?

Who do you think I am to you?
Who do you think I am?

After all
