Jesse Gold's New Single One In A Million Is An R&B Delight

Everything about us is nice
Everything about it is right
We’re sweet like sugar and spice baby

Jesse Gold’s new single One In A Million is an R&B delight. Intimate acoustics and the combination of Jesse and Stefani Kimber’s vocals will make you go all warm and fuzzy (as will the lyric video). There are subtle pop sensibilities to add an extra edge otherwise the track is a reminder of love duets from long ago where times and music shined with simplicity and true feelings. You’ll be singing “You’re one in a million” for hours after listening to Jesse Gold‘s stunning new single.

“I’ve always liked the idea of writing a love song about two people who refuse to say they’re in love. There are a few lines that act as cheeky excuses for not getting close – ‘I didn’t want to tell you ‘cause I knew that shit would go to your head.’ But writing the song from just that one perspective felt cold. What if both people had their reservations, but had something to bring them together despite them? The first thing that came to mind was alcohol. A little bit of liquid confidence – ‘I take another sip and say ‘You’re one in a million.'”– Jesse Gold
