Suzy Callahan Releases The Emotive Wish You Well

By Lucy LernerJanuary 23, 2021
Suzy Callahan Releases The Emotive Wish You Well

Singer-songwriter Suzy Callahan follows her single Edge Of The Universe with Wish You Well (subharm version). Her 2020 album Not Exactly Sad includes an acoustic version but this release has more layers which adds to the emotion that overspills. Suzy’s songwriting is very organic, understated and intimate. A featherlight soundscape, rich harmonies and penetrating lyrics tug at your heartstrings.

Waiting for the tide to come in,
Cover the rocks so I can swim,
Find someplace to dock, throw my anchor in,
Like you, I’ll do anything to save my own skin

Suzy told us exclusively about her new single Wish You Well, “When I wrote this song, I was reading about the Anna Karenina Principle that a deficiency in any one of a number of factors dooms an endeavor to failure.”

In Wish You Well, Suzy Callahan conveys her feelings effortlessly and leaves the listener craving so much more.
