Reece Le Roux Releases Brooding New Single ‘Deserve’

By Lucy LernerJuly 18, 2019
Reece Le Roux

Reece Le Roux‘Deserve’ is a darker offering from young singer-songwriter Reece Le Roux. It begins with ominous-sounding, cinematic synths and leads to emotional vocals and gritty lyrics full of anguish.

‘Deserve’ hangs in the limbo of being incredibly catchy and brooding. It has a dark-pop and alt R&B aesthetic with deep, mysterious grooves. After a hiatus from releasing music the 20-year-old artist from Cape Town says of his new single, “I feel like I’ve finally found myself. It all feels so much more natural to me now, I can’t wait to keep creating.”

We can expect more releases from Reece later this year as he plans to relocate to the UK.

“I just hope you got what you deserve”
