OneDa releases her latest single Power. With clarity, she drops confident and self-assured lyrics on the backdrop of somber instrumentals, leading by example with her words on Power. It is difficult to miss the point of her message of self-affirmation. However, OneDa does not only get her message across on Power, she lyrically entertains, spitting a procession of hard-hitting rhymes that resonate within.

In this age, where we look to social media and other external sources to determine a narrative, Power carries a lot of significance. And, it comes at a great time, as it is more relatable and needed than ever. Power has an anthemic ring to it of female empowerment although, I see it as beneficial across all genders. OneDa certainly piqued my interest with Power, and I am now looking forward to new releases from her.
