It’s not unusual to have off days where you need some excitement to cheer you up. And it comes about today with the exciting new single Where You Are by Congo-born and Minneapolis-raised vocalist Miloe.

The track starts with muffled claps and chorus before building into a retro lo-fi soundscape. Delightful vocals from Miloe steeped in pop sensibilities nestle into the indie-like instrumentals infused with African sounds to create an irresistible  funk feel-good groove that ups your mood to dance.

Interestingly, Miloe draws inspiration from indigenous and international artists. Where You Are is very well crafted and makes for a good listen.
