Gotta Prepare For The Storm: Harry Mold Releases Treadmill In A DesertGotta prepare for the storm – Harry Mold’s Treadmill In A Desert is very appropriate to our current climate despite being written long before we had even heard of Coronavirus.

Even though it is only 2 minutes and 40 seconds long, Treadmill In A Desert packs a punch lyrically and via a vigorous indie-rock sound.

Gotta relive this moment
Over and over and over it goes
Living eternal Sunday’s
Feeling so warm
Trying but getting nowhere
Might as well lay right here on the spot
Where’s the progression? Show me
Feeling so warm
Gotta prepare for the storm

The 21-year-old Londoner knows how to get under the skin of his listeners with an authentic sound. He wears a multitude of musical hats – Harry Mold is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and produces his own music.

“‘Treadmill In A Desert’ is all about the pressure you can feel when you’re in a stagnant/stationary state of mind. Like when you feel things around you moving at a normal pace, but nothing is changing in your own head.
This feeling made me feel like I was about to explode, so I transmitted that straight to my song.”
– Harry Mold

We’re looking forward to seeing what direction Harry Mold heads in next.
