Gold by Rosalie is a powerful metaphor for life where nothing is ever truly broken. Rosalie sings about her trials, hardship, and healing on the backdrop of hauntingly and somber piano keys. She weaves her vocals carefully around the mellow instrumentals gently guiding us to the chorus to elevate spirits.

Gold is the second song release on her double-single project called Alchemy. Rosalie drew inspiration for Gold from Kintsugi, a Japanese method for repairing broken pottery with a special lacquer mixed with gold. It is the idea of embracing flaws, and imperfections, to create an even more powerful, beautiful piece of art.

Rosalie uses Gold as a metaphor for healing, teaching an important lesson that sometimes in life, beauty can be found in imperfections.
