Gabrielle Current Drops The Sensual Down The Line

Gabrielle Current Drops The Sensual Down The Line

Rooted in 90s R&B and super sultry vibes, Gabrielle Current drops Down The Line taken from her forthcoming EP. Ever so silken vocals float over a dreamy soundscape steeped in heavenly layers of jazz instrumentals.

Down The Line is a confident number where Current sings about being happy on her own following a relationship. She says, the song “set the tone for this project. It was the first song I wrote for the EP and all the songs that followed are really just extensions of the struggle I felt during that time. It’s a reflection of my ability to process change and experience the freedom that comes with it. It was through the letting go of a familiar relationship that I gained an independence and a type of freedom that could only come from me.“

Gabrielle Current has found her niche with dreamy R&B songs with hints of jazz and oodles of sensuality.
