Dom The Composer Unveils Glass Box: A Heartfelt Tale Of Love And Loss

An upcoming artist not only in music; but in art itself; Dom the Composer is here with his brand-new song; Glass Box. An extremely multi-talented singer-songwriter he also illustrates and designs his albums and cover art.

Dominik R. Hyppolite aka Dom the Composer is a Haitian American singer-songwriter and pianist. He started to write music in his junior year of high school and has become a continual musical storyteller since 2019. He has amassed close to 70k streams across all platforms and has over 1k on both Instagram and TikTok. Dom incorporates elements of R&B/Soul, Neo-Soul, Pop, Lo-Fi, Jazz and even some Choral music to create unique and ear-catching soundscapes. His music is very gentle, and he intends to make audiences sit and listen – to provide some comfort in this busy world.

Glass Box is Dom’s latest release and is available to stream on Valentine’s Day. Contrary to the traditions of the day it is to be released on; it is an emotional story of love and loss.

The lyrics to this song are absolutely beautiful and heart-breaking at the same time; “Throw out the picnics and strawberry kisses, The moments I lost in your eyes”. A real parallel between the season of love and the sadness of those moments we have lost with significant others. This will be the heartbreaker soundtrack to this season. It will be exciting to see more of this artist in the future.

Glass Box is out now.
