Charmaine is Zimbabwe-born and relocated to North America with her family. Having a difficult upbringing due to the move has not stopped this young artist from excelling in her craft, as she is the first woman to win “Rap Single of the Year” at the 2022 Juno Awards for her darkly menacing single BOLD.
