Another RnB Jam From Audrey With ‘I Try’

By Montana TallentireOctober 9, 2018
Audrey

AudreyNew Jersey singer-songwriter Audrey has just released her latest single ‘I Try’. The singer has garnered previous recognition from singing the National Anthem at different locations along the East Coast alongside Grammy exposure with her involvement in a Google commercial with Sampha. ‘I Try’ is a playful twist on 90’s RnB and Hip-Hop, with Audrey providing warm vocals that create a sense of desire and yearning for the summer to return. From the get-go, the production from Anwar Sawyer of Roc Nation provides a feel-good song with the complimentary combination of playful drums, in particular, the rolls of the hi-hats. Alongside a soulful sounding keyboard and a lush feel which creates a song that anyone can connect with and have a good time to.
