Yasmin Jane Releases ‘Come A Little Closer’ Remixes

By Lucy LernerMarch 20, 2019
Yasmin Jane

Yasmin JaneYasmin Jane is an exciting new artist and the remixes to her single ‘Come A Little Closer’ are perfect for getting ready for a big night out. The original song Produced by Elevns is upbeat and feel-good and is about feeling powerless when you know a relationship is coming to the end but always have the good times to reflect on. The various remixes add that extra punch to the original and elevate it to a more dance-based track.

Yasmin says of ‘Come A Little Closer’, “The concept for the song is drawn from personal experience, the song is actually quite sad but the overall meaning is to cherish past relationships – it is better to have loved than not loved at all.”

Yasmin Jane works closely with Tileyard Studios (Ella Eyre, Tiggs Da Author, Sigala) having completed her Masters degree in songwriting and music production. She is working closely with the Tileyard community and her mentors Penny Foster (Lana Del Reay, Imani Williams), and Dane Chalfin ( The 1975). Yasmin has also collaborated in
writing camps around the world – Tileyard Studios (UK) ; Pop Music Camp (France) ; APA Acadmey (Sweden) and recently signed a deal with record label bndrMusic. We look forward to more from this talented pop artist.
