Nashville-based singer-songwriter Savanna Leigh’s you don’t exist yet captures that hazy, hopeful state between imagination and reality.

The indie-pop track folds dreamy guitar strums and steady drums into a slow-building journey of longing — not for what’s lost, but for what’s still out there.

Her vocals are vulnerable, carrying the ache of waiting without collapsing under it.

“You don’t even exist yet / Can’t help but picture if you did” — it’s both a statement and a wish.

With each verse, Savanna sketches the outline of someone she hasn’t met, using every city, every crowd, as a breadcrumb trail.

Could he be in LA, Boise, or Toronto? Maybe. Maybe not. That’s not really the point.

The sonic palette leans warm and nostalgic, textured with a low-key shimmer that makes even solitude feel quietly cinematic.

“I hate the chase / But I’m craving something exciting,” she admits — and the production answers her: restrained at first, then opening up like a window during golden hour.

By the final chorus, she isn’t just hoping — she’s broadcasting. A signal to the one who doesn’t exist. Yet.

“That’s what I want out of this song,” Savanna shares, “for those who feel like all is lost to have this be their beacon of light.”

Intro
You don’t even exist yet
Can’t help but picture if you did
You’d get along with my friends, no second guessing

Verse 1
Wore all my clothes
Wish I could steal from the closet
Go out alone
But it’s getting old if I’m honest

Pre-Chorus
You don’t even exist yet
Can’t help but picture if you did
You’d get along with my friends, no second guessing

Chorus
But it’ll be worth the wait when you’re here one day
And I won’t have to write these songs
So I’m glad I stayed ’cause it’s not too late
For you to start to sing along
La-la-la
La-la-la-la

Verse 2
Feels so mundanе
Waiting around for the right thing
I hate the chasе (I hate the chase)
But I’m craving something exciting

Pre-Chorus
You don’t even exist yet
I can only imagine
How good it’s gonna get, no second guessing

Chorus
But it’ll be worth the wait when you’re here one day
And I won’t have to write these songs
So I’m glad I stayed ’cause it’s not too late
For you to start to sing along
And I’ve been so patient
‘Cause I’m always saying
That it’ll be worth the wait when you’re here one day
And I won’t have to write these songs
La-la-la-la-la-la-la
La-la-la-la
La-la-la-la-la-la-la
La-la-la-la

Outro
You don’t even exist yet
But picture if you did
