Will Knox Unveils Body Talk: A Stirring Single from English Silence Album

Will Knox’s new single Body Talk, the standout single from his new album English Silence, is a song perfect for introspection, filled with nostalgia.

It’s a track that invites deep listening, and its impact grows with each play.

The song opens with Knox’s gentle vocals, barely disturbing the air yet capturing a world of emotion.

His voice, warm and inviting, tethers you to the moment, making it impossible to drift away.

As the track progresses, it builds into something more—not quite uptempo, but certainly more urgent.

Knox, alongside collaborator Emma Bale, crafted Body Talk during lockdown.

The result is a piece that feels intensely intimate and personal, yet relatable.

It’s a lullaby for adults—soothing for sure, yet with an edge that keeps it far from saccharine.

The bridge marks a shift, introducing a more driving rhythm that never fully breaks free from the song’s subdued atmosphere.

Producer Ian Grimble’s deft touch is evident throughout. Known for his work with Bear’s Den and Daughter, Grimble helps create a soundscape that’s both polished and intimately raw.

English Silence might be the album’s title, but Body Talk proves that Knox knows how to make silence speak volumes.
