TATUM’s Bloodsport Is A Breakup Anthem To Die For

TATUM's Bloodsport Is A Breakup Anthem To Die For

There’s beauty in a bleeding heart

TATUM’s Bloodsport is a breakup anthem to die for. Feel TATUM‘s pain with her new single Bloodsport which depicts a devastating breakup. There is a dreamy feel to the dark-pop number with a bed of pulsing synths, rippling piano and haunting, echoey harmonies.

I rip you right out of my chest

TATUM’s vocals are rich and bruised. Lyrics are visual and brutal as TATUM compares the end of a relationship to a bloody conflict.TATUM explains, “‘Bloodsport’ compares love to an epic battle where both parties walk away injured and bloody. All love comes at a cost and there is always a devastating end to love whether it’s through a break-up or death, love always ends painfully.”

Bloodsport is a very cinematic song that bursts with dark energy. It contains so many layers and fibers that add fuel to the melodrama.

Love love is bloodsport, twisting the dagger, the bleeding is slow

Pre-save TATUM’s debut EP, Bloodsport released on 22nd May.
