Sink into the warm embrace of a song that is Pompeii by New York artist Sade Fox. A sweet melody ribbons through a spacious soundscape, tender acoustics and poignant lyrics, “Pompeii wasn’t built in a day, but ashes cover it that way”. The song slowly builds into a euphoric climax which satisfies the senses and makes the song rather unforgettable.

Sade told Neon Music exclusively, “I really wanted to write a song about taking time to pay attention to the little things, because nothing lasts forever. I think the world would be a better place if everyone just had a little more love for the people and things around them.”

Pompeii is out now.
