Premiere: LIKE TYE Launches Their Sultry Debut Be That Man

LIKE TYE launches their sultry debut single Be That Man which takes us back to the ’00s but with the duo’s fresh spin. The R&B pair layer creamy vocals and a nimble flow over a luxurious blanket of rippling piano, toe-tapping percussion and a smooth late-night R&B beat. It is a well-crafted song with a strong introduction and a swooning chorus.

“We wrote this track from the perspective of a person in a relationship where they realise they need to step up before they lose what they have. The beat had that throwback vibe so we were inspired to write something that suited those early 2000’s R&B tracks.” – LIKE TYE

LIKE TYE consists of Tyler Rivers, and Ty Rome, who collaborated on their acclaimed single Better Than My Ex. After spending many hours honing their R&B/Pop crossover sound they are introducing the world to their impressive debut Be That Man.
