“Ooze love, joy and PRIDE!” says Piera Van De Wiel, and she doesn’t have to tell us twice. The singer-songwriter and LGBTQ+ activist is talking about her new single, Love Is Meant For You, and this is not some empty gesture we’re talking about. Piera – who believes in embracing your true self and then some – has written a happy-go-lucky summer anthem that she hopes will not only resonate with her LGBTQ+ brethren but anyone with a heart. Which is most of us, right?

“Anyone can love and be loved. As a proud member of the gorgeous LGBTQ+ community I’m so happy to share this track and most importantly give out love to you all. I believe it’s so important to reveal your true self and your true feelings to the one you like most. I know it’s freakin’ scary, but I believe it’s a risk worth taking!” – Piera Van De Wiel

Love Is Meant For You is an easy, breezy summer ballad with a powerful message from an inspirational women who are impossible not to like, there’s little wonder she has a bunch of fans in high places – Spanish LGBTQ+ icon and actress Carol Rovira, Jack Whitehall, and Liz Callaway among them. Love Is Meant For You is a song we can all get behind, and comes after a trio of releases – Used, Hold You In Month and Come Back Home – that garnered love and adoration from a burgeoning tribe of followers.
