Laufey – “Clockwork” (Live at the Guggenheim): watch the new performance

Laufey has released a Live at Guggenheim New York performance of “Clockwork,” filmed after-hours in the museum’s rotunda with ballet cameos and directed by Gus Black.

The video went up the 11th of September on her YouTube channel and sits alongside a matching “Lover Girl” clip as part of a short, dance-led series.

The staging leans elegant rather than showy, spotlight, spiral walkway, and New York City Ballet principals (including Indiana Woodward) echoing the song’s nervous heartbeat in soft choreography.

Watch the performance now and add it to your A Matter of Time watchlist.
