FERGUS Writes From The Heart With Leave Me Light (Acoustic)

FERGUS Writes From The Heart With Leave Me Light (Acoustic)

FERGUS writes from the heart and captures those intimate real-life moments we can all relate to. In the acoustic version of Leave Me Light released via Goldun Egg Records and co-produced by Jake Gosling and himself FERGUS reflects on a morning routine as a partner leaves for work. He says, “I wrote it when we were just coming out of hibernation and starting to go back to normal life again. Dragging our feet and drawing out our goodbyes, saying “go gently and hurry back soon”.

The London based singer-songwriter relays this simple tale with his distinctive vocals and tender finger-picked acoustics. Lyrics relay love, vulnerability and intimacy carried on a gentle melody. Stripped-back, this version offers a more romantic take on the original.

FERGUS could sing about doing his tax return and still manage to capture hearts and produce effortless music you just want to envelop you like a warm embrace.

FERGUS will release his debut album in the Spring of 2022.
