Two Ways HomeTwo Ways Home brings the sound of Nashville to the UK with their stunning, uplifting Alt-country music. The duo is made up of Isabella Mariee (originally from Vienna) and Lewis Fowler (who grew up in Gloucestershire) and they have recently released their EP ‘Closest Stranger’ which follows their highly acclaimed EP ‘Better Days’ from two years ago. Country music is becoming more and more popular on the British music scene and Two Ways Home delightfully introduce up-tempo songs which carry the warm breeze of summer on their backs. From the gorgeous intro and toe-tapping feel of ‘Best Part Of Me’ which is punchy and uplifting to ‘Push and Pull’ with intertwining harmonies and an emotionally rich melody. ‘Don’t Give Up On Me Tonight’ is a heartfelt ballad with intricate guitar and Isabella’s vulnerable vocals, Lewis softly complimenting them. You can almost feel their hearts yearning over the tender lyrics. ‘Closest Stranger’ is an uplifting treat featuring more fiery country and a memorable hook in the chorus.

Since their first release, the talented pair has had extensive radio play across the UK and Europe, including Chris Country, BBC Regional Radio and Amazing Radio. They have also performed with some of country music’s most influential musicians from Phil Vassar to Red Sky July.

Two Ways Home have been touring the country this summer, with performances at Bristol’s River Town Festival with the likes of The Shires and Ward Thomas also featuring. The duo will also be hosting a series of ‘Round Up’ songwriters nights in Soho at the CountryLine Café at Gail’s Bakery, showcasing the best of the UK’s thriving country music scene. This is the London equivalent of Nashville’s The Bluebird Café so head to Soho and soak up the sounds of Nashville!
