An Exuberant Bundle Of Rock From Callow Saints With ‘Unhinged’

By Anselm AndersonJune 19, 2018

Callow Saints is a Five-Piece Indie/Rock band from Aylesbury. They are currently developing a following on the back of two sold-out EP Launch shows, including headlining the O2 arena in Oxford. This female–fronted group have released their latest EP ‘Unhinged’, an exuberant bundle of high octane rock and powerful vocals.

‘I Should Run’ is a good opening track filled with warmth and soul. The slow tempo, bluesy riff comes to life with sultry vocals and blurring guitar lines that spark into life.
‘E.M.M.A’ is an up-tempo punk rock track with catchy lyrics that you instantly feel drawn to. ‘Ten’ is my favourite track with the juxtaposition of female and distorted male vocals which add some edginess. ‘Kiss is Bliss’ is an indie pop track with stirring rhythmic patterns and heartfelt lyrics.

‘Unhinged’ has refined production values and bouncy riffs that will keep you hooked.

Callow Saints will be playing at Cornbury Festival in July 2018 so make sure you check them out. Find out more about the band here.
