A Slice Of Nostalgia From AO x Mondo Coszmo With ‘Fall On Me’

A Slice Of Nostalgia From AO x Mondo Coszmo With 'Fall On Me'

LA-based artist AO creates the perfect nostalgic atmosphere in her latest single ‘Fall On Me’ featuring Mondo Cozmo. The song was recorded in one night and highlights the strong musical chemistry the pair share. Describing the song, AO speaks of it as “beautiful symmetry”, and of the stars aligning. It is the kind of song you would expect to hear at the end of a 90s or early 2000s Indie film or played while huddling around a campfire, owing to the gentle acoustic guitar and light piano melodic lines.

The pair recorded the single live to evoke the vintage sound and feel. The pensiveness and melancholy shines through in the lyrics, such as, “Yesterday’s coming, I long for the day”. This song is the kind that immediately makes you reminisce about past experiences.

‘Fall On Me’, and AO in general, is recommended for fans of Lana Del Rey, Stevie Nicks, and Karen O.
