Having released one of the catchiest tracks of 2020, UK rising star Jack Rose has now unveiled an acoustic version of Better On My Own for the festive season.

Raw, dynamic and perfectly stripped-back, Rose’s acoustic version of his hit single hits all the right notes and allows each element to shine. Effortless vocal runs, breezy guitar licks, a glorious earworm of a melody. Better On My Own has all of these and more.

Jack Rose is an 18-year-old artist from Kent. He has toured with Faith Evans on her UK tour and supported Tinchy Stryder, and Beverley Knight amongst a plethora of well-known UK artists. His latest single, Better On My Own, is a collaboration with Northeast based production duo SK, and the remixes have featured Billy Da Kid, Dots Per Inch, Morlando amongst others.

The song is about taking that step to move away from toxic relationships for the sake of your mental health. It might be hard at first but you’ll soon realise you’re better on your own.

Jack Rose delivers with his urban-pop inflected sheen and uplifting manner. The visuals are effortlessly simple reminding us of Christmas with the lights strung up in the background but otherwise allowing his vocals to shine. We look forward to joining Rose on the next step of his exciting journey.
