Brent De La Cruz Takes Listeners On An Emotional Journey With New Single Alone

Brent de la Cruz, a Californian-born producer/singer-songwriter, drops his new single, Alone. The song takes you on a nostalgic and melancholic journey, propelled by an upbeat instrumental that creates a unique listening experience. The production is simple yet effective, and the atmospheric soundscape stands out, serving as the perfect backdrop for relatable, honest, and vulnerable lyrics. De la Cruz’s vocal delivery adds emotional impact to the song, which will resonate with listeners and leave a lasting impression.

Brent de la Cruz explains the overarching theme of the song as, “Sometimes we stray away from the very things and people that’ve made us who we are; for better or for worse, to find who we think we should be. Exploring the depths of these emotions can often lead us to dark places, and sometimes it’s best not to give them power – but they usually end up making great stories.”

Fans of de la Cruz can look forward to more singles leading up to his next EP, set to drop in late Spring/Summer.

Alone is out now.
