Ice Spice “Baddie Baddie” Music Video Review — Confidence & Couture

Ice Spice “Baddie Baddie” Music Video Review — Confidence & Couture

Ice Spice struts through the “Baddie Baddie” music video with effortless confidence, making her point clear. The trap beat paired with her laid-back delivery brings energy to each visual shot. The video plays like a snapshot of her actual lifestyle, or at least, that’s what it appears to be.

Directed by New York duo Evil Twins alongside Ice Spice herself, the visual dropped on October 15, 2025, marking her first solo release since her Y2K! album.

Built around a sample of M.I.A.’s 2012 hit “Bad Girls,” the track clocks in at just two minutes. It’s repetitive, sure, and critics have pointed that out. But the short runtime doesn’t reduce its impact.

The video documents Ice Spice moving between New York and Paris Fashion Week with ease. She twerks in stretch limousines, handles business in upscale restaurants, and commands attention at runway shows.

Supermodel Anok Yai and Olympic gold medalist Suni Lee make appearances throughout, exuding their own versions of baddie energy as they pose alongside Ice at events like VETEMENTS SS26. Their presence feels strategic. Ice Spice is cementing her place within the Baddies club.

Throughout the visual, Ice Spice flexes designer pieces, particularly Chanel, while radiating confidence. The aesthetic mixes luxury with attitude, positioning her as someone who’s arrived and isn’t going anywhere.

The video racked up 6.8 million views in less than 24 hours. Proof that Ice Spice knows exactly what her audience wants and delivers without hesitation. As she gears up for her upcoming Y3K* album, the message is clear: she means business.
