‘More’ is the first music video taken from ‘Cosmic’ Lenny Harold’s sophomore EP. The Teddy Riley protégé, former Blackstreet member, and New Jersey R&B singer-songwriter unveils the colourful visuals alongside his classic R&B track. Produced by three-time Grammy Award nominee Armando ‘Mandobeats’ Colon, who has previously worked with the likes of Shaggy, Busta Rhymes, Lil Kim, Cam’ron and Fat Joe, with live bass and guitar arrangements from Ralph B. Stacy (Luther Vandross, SWV, Dru Hill). ‘More’ is the kind of mellow, emotive R&B which you can’t help but love along with Lenny’s strong and soulful vocals.
Lenny Harold comments on the making of the visuals, “We wanted to create a visual that could tell several stories, with the main focus on our leading lady having to make a decision that’s often vital to the heart for all of us. You’re not sure if she did, if she wants to, or if she’s just thinking about it, and ultimately, we don’t know. We wanted the video to have the ability to connect with everyone regardless of the scenario, and I hope it does just that”.
The timeless R&B singer can name artists such as Quincy Jones, Marsha Ambrosius and Jamie Fox as fans. 2019 will see Lenny on his ‘Cosmic’ tour across the US along with more music videos including ‘Heat’ set for release next month.
